Together against plastic waste!

We have been a proud partner of "The Honu Movement" since 2020 and are actively setting an example in the fight against single-use plastic waste in the world's oceans. In recent years, we have been able to save over 3000 kg of waste from beaches and the sea - an achievement that we look back on with pride and that shows that joining forces has an impact!

The mission of "The Honu Movement" is clearly defined: "We clean up the ocean!" And that is exactly what they are doing - without the use of controversial technologies that would further interfere with the ecosystem. Over 150 dedicated employees in Southeast Asia and Africa are passionately committed to clearing the oceans of rubbish by hand. Beaches, estuaries, and the open sea are their sites of operation to ensure that the environmental impact is minimized.

Our close collaboration with "The Honu Movement" is reflected in the sunglasses "Beach". These are not just a fashion statement, but a visible sign of our joint endeavours.

For every pair of sunglasses sold, two disposable bottles are collected from the ocean and recycled in cooperation with The Honu Movement!
